This Privacy Policy outlines GOODProjects (" we ", " our ") practices, as controller, with respect to information collected from users who access our website at www.GOODProjects.org (" Site "), or otherwise share personal information with us (collectively: " User(s) " or " you ").

RETENTION
We shall retain your Personal Information for no longer than necessary for the purposes identified under this Privacy Policy. Retention periods will be determined taking into account the type of information that is collected and the purpose for which it is collected, bearing in mind the requirements applicable to the situation and the need to destroy outdated, unused information at the earliest reasonable time.
We will retain your Personal Information during the period of our contractual relationship for as long as necessary to provide our services, extended by the applicable limitation period.
With regard to marketing communications with prospects, we will keep your Personal Information for three (3) years after the last correspondence with us.
With respect to the processing carried out in order to protect your rights, property and security as well as ours, we will keep your Personal Information for the time of the relevant dispute or limitation period.

CORPORATE TRANSACTION
